of 2005, Afriworld has not only provided phenomenal construction of structures but
has also delivered magnificent engineering on a rather difficult if not near impossible
landscapes.

Overview of Afriworld history:

Afriworld construction commenced as a general works contract from the year 2005.
However, over the years, Afriworld has without any doubts undertaken many projects
challenging projects with absolute success and in turn with such experience, Afriworld
has accumulated exceptional skills including project management, engineering works,
design and build solutions.

• NHBRC (The National Home Builders Registration Council) Certificate with a

• BB-BEE on level one making it at 135%

Afriworld was found on the basis of Construction, our products and services
include the following:

• Medium scale construction- This represent one of Afriworld core
activities. The company has the know-how to grip medium scale
construction projects while meeting the quality standards and
costs limitations and being cost efficiency.

• Civil Engineering & Waterproofing- The company has necessary
technical skills, builders and other human resources and
specialised equipment to handle complex projects. Afriworld
construction range from commercial civil engineering to any kind
of construction project, we handle waterproofing projects for
underground structures like pools drains and roofing waterproof,
included is water retention basins and also cover structures.

• Local projects- Afriworld carries out maintenance and building
refurbishment as per client needs.

Markets

Our market is at most with, but not limited to private clients than with public
entities/organisations. Our market usually ranges from small scale construction
such as sewer and water connections, including a medium scale construction of
building custom made breath-taking privates houses and homes (see attached
files), restaurants, chalets on private game farms and lodges.

On another note Afriworld has once undertaken on what it perceived it as a
large construction which is the construction and engineering of a Water
Network from a local municipal level.

The company’s core objectives are to:

• Create a blueprint and resources plan as per timeline to meet the client’s
   needs.
• Liaise clearly with project stakeholders /interested parties.
• Keep track of the progress made on the project.
• Closely monitor the quality of work done and work as per timeline of
   phases.
• Execute and commission the project on/within the deadline.
